Identify the Issue
Watch this part0:10- Select a job in the queue.
- Notice that the “Rotate 90°” option is grayed out and unavailable.
Access Queue Properties
Watch this part0:18- Open Queue Properties by either: Double-clicking the queue tab, or
- Clicking “Queue” in the top menu and selecting “Properties.”
Open Layout Manager
Watch this part0:28- In Queue Properties, go to the “Layout Manager” tab.
Disable Block Nesting Rotation
Watch this part0:33- Locate the option “Allow Job Rotation When Block Nesting.”
- Uncheck this option.
- Click “OK” to save the changes.
Verify Job Rotation
Watch this part0:43- Return to the queue.
- Select the job.
- Confirm that the rotate options are now enabled.
- Rotate the job as needed.
