Performing a Queue Port Reset
- Open **DigiRIP**.
- From the menu bar, select **Queue**.
- Click **Manage Queues**.
- Locate the queue you are currently using (example: **A3 Plus Sheets**).
- Change the **Port** from: **Epson Stylus**
- Click **Yes** to confirm.
- Close the window.
- Wait **30 seconds**.
- Reopen **Manage Queues**.
- Reset the port back to: **Epson Stylus 1390** (or the appropriate Epson USB port).
- If this option is not available: Inspect the USB cable connection.
- Close the window.
- Open **Status and Settings**.
- If the printer still shows **Offline**, contact support. UPDATING DRIVERS FROM CLOUD
- Power-cycle and reset the printer.
- From the menu bar, select **Devices**.
- Click **Manage Devices**.
- Highlight the printer (example: **Prestige A3 DTF**).
- Click **Check Cloud for Updates**.
- Select **Yes** when prompted to download the driver package.
- Choose any custom settings you want to preserve by checking the appropriate boxes.
- Click **OK**.
- DigiRIP will install the latest driver version. CLEAN DRIVER REINSTALL
- Remove any open or active jobs from the queue.
- From the menu bar, select **Queue**.
- Click **Manage Queues**.
- Delete all **Prestige**-related queues.
- Close the window.
Removing the Device
- Go to **Devices**.
- Click **Manage Devices**.
- Select the **Prestige** device once.
- Click **Remove Device**.
- Confirm removal.
Reinstalling the Driver
- Click **Install Printer**.
- Type **Prestige** in the search bar.
- Select the correct Prestige model.
- Click **OK**.
- Click **Next**.
- Select **New Printer Packages from Cloud Server**.
- Click **Next**.
- The driver package will install automatically.
- Default print modes will be installed during this process.
- Once installation completes, connect to your printer.
- Select the appropriate compatible device.
