Section 1 – Checking Main Heating Element Connections
- Power on the shaker and check the current temperature of the main heating unit.
- If the temperature reading is unrealistically high, turn the shaker off.
- Rotate the locking knobs counterclockwise.
- Pull the powdering unit away from the oven.
- Locate the three main cables connecting the powdering unit to the oven.
- Ensure all three cables are fully seated.
- If a cable is loose: Push it fully in.
- Power the shaker back on and check the temperature again.
- If the temperature is normal: Reorganize the cables.
- If the temperature is still abnormal, continue to Section 2.
- Rotate the locking ring clockwise to secure it.
- Ensure the oven feet are fully resting on the floor.
- Push the powdering unit back against the oven.
- Rotate the locking knobs clockwise to secure everything.
