Verify Printer Performance

- Proceed only if all nozzles are printing correctly.
Create a Test Job

- Create a new job.
- Select the print mode you want to test.
- Run a test print.
- Review the printed output.
Evaluate White Coverage

- Check whether white ink is fully covering fine details.

Increase Artwork Resolution

What you need
- Higher resolution improves detail reproduction
- Higher resolution improves white underbase generation
- Save the modified file separately from the original
- Open the artwork in Adobe Photoshop.
- Select Image from the top menu.
- Click Image Size.
- Increase the resolution by a factor of four.
- Click OK.
- Save the updated file to a new location.
- Example: Change 300 DPI to 1200 DPI.
Import the Updated Artwork

- Create a new job.
- Import the higher-resolution artwork.
Adjust White Choke Settings

- Locate the Custom Inks setup next to the Color Mode dropdown.
- Select White Ink settings.

- Change the unit from Millimeters to Points.
- Change the choke value from 0.3 to 0.1.

- Save the print scheme.
Print and Review Results
